Year 11 Bluurrrrrrggg: 2012

*I want to keep my background as basic as possible so users concentrate more on the infomation etc. thats being presented to them, if the background was too bold or bright it may clash with other colours or the pokemon itself, the buttons could merge into the colour etc. Although the making the background and buttons simple and in a very straightforward file type format I think in some ways makes is better for my audience, as they are young they don't want to try to hard to find information as they will bore easily and want to get straight to it. (I'm going to try to add a little surprise to make it a little different), although my game isn't that unique the layout will be very different to all the others and the little surprised mentioned earlier will lull young children into a false sense of security and shatter their calm. There isn't a specific genre to this other than it is an index providing infomation, it's a simple idea as I have never made a game before so I should try my hardest to make this work (hopefully) But I hope young children will find it useful and a little bit more fun as it has a deviosu twist. Overall I'm keeping it simple for younger users, hopefully my idea will recieved positively. I know this is not to many peoples tastes and it is a very childish (~~pathetic~~) idea for someone of my age, I completely understand this, but I will enjoy and hopefully be at least a little bit happy with its outcome, I have explored other ideas very briefly, I wanted to make it as inapropriate for young children as possible. I wanted to make a nightmare world. It would start off with a young girl falling asleep but as she goes to sleep voices start to whisper soft words then start to scream things, scared she opens her eyes and the world is dark and twisted with corrupt faces and dark malevolent spririts stalking her as she trudges through thick choking fog. Every step she takes creatures of pure evil get closer and closer, trying to consume her soul and use her body as vessel to the over world to cause total annihilation. It ends with the young girl waking up and running to her parents bedroom, only to find thier bodies cold and lifeless, all thier blood and organs drained from thier mouths, the evil had won and as she looks out the window the sky and oceans turn red. She wasn't strong enough to keep them in. She had destroyed everything, and she was the only one left alive, left to live with her guilt until the day she dies. I was going to make this but alas it was too complex for me to make in the short time we had to I've re-evaluated and I'm sticking to my original idea, yes I understand it has flaws and its basic, simple and down right boring, but it suits my strengths (I'm computer illiterate) and I could amke this with minimal hold backs, but for the other idea I would have to spend too much time designing and I would not have time to create anything by the time we finish. I am extremely dissapointed as I feel my idea is stupid but it's all I can do. I hope in the future I will not be so stupid and try something else instead of being childish and lazy.
